Les Estivales is composed of two blocks in a trendy architecture style. Each block includes two apartments on the ground floor, two on the first floor and one penthouse on the second floor.

The interior architecture consists of beautiful living spaces with a fully equipped kitchen. All the units are set in a tropical garden overlooking a common pool with the backdrop of the ocean.
